How far in advance should I book?
We recommend requesting scheduled transportation at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests may be accommodated when scheduling allows.
Do you provide wheelchair transportation?
Yes. HAQQ Transportation is designed to support passengers with mobility needs. Please tell us the passenger's equipment and assistance requirements when booking.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in South Holland, Illinois and serve Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Contact us if you are unsure whether your destination is within our service area.
Can you help after a hospital discharge?
Yes. We provide transportation home after hospital or healthcare facility discharge and can coordinate the appropriate level of assistance for the passenger.
